How Ordering Works
This merchandise store is integrated with Buy & Pay through punchout.
Here’s how the process works:
- Browse the products and add items to your basket.
- Go to checkout to transfer your cart into Buy & Pay.
- Complete and submit your purchase request in Buy & Pay.
- When the order is approved and a PO number is created, it automatically returns to the store system for processing.
Prices shown in the store exclude VAT.
A small‑order fee applies to orders below a certain threshold. For details, see Terms & Conditions.
Delivery
All merchandise is stocked at Kerry Logistics AB in Sweden.
After approval in Buy & Pay, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for stock items, depending on your location. You can also see expected delivery on each product.

Why didn’t I receive my full order?
If your order contains both stock- and on‑demand products, they will be delivered separately.
- Stock items are shipped directly from the warehouse.
- On‑demand products are produced and shipped once they have been produced. -
What is the delivery time?
Stock items:
- Orders placed before 11:00 are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 11:00 are dispatched the next working day.On‑demand products:
- Delivery time is up to 20 working days, due to production.Delivery time also depends on your location - you can find estimated delivery on each product.

Can I return products?
If you need to return an item, please contact us within one week of receiving your delivery.
Returns are approved based on the reason for return.
On‑demand products cannot be returned, as they are produced specifically for your order. -
How do I submit a claim?
If you received a damaged item or wish to file a claim:
Email us with:- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos documenting the problemThis helps us process your claim as quickly as possible.
