TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders that only contains products from stock will normally be delivered within 3-5 working days. For urgent orders, please let us know, shipping cost will then be added to each shipment.

Products on demand will be delivered depending on the product, usually within 3-4 weeks.

We reserve the right that ordered goods may have expired or be sold out. In such cases, we will contact you.

Prices - All purchases are priced excluding VAT.

For orders below 100 EUR, an order fee of 10 EUR will be added to the invoice.

Warranty applies to all defects of the product not exercised by the user intentionally or negligently (see, among other things, the Purchase Act, the Anti-Duty Act, the Marketing Act)

Payment terms – Invoice terms is 30 days net.

It is not possible to cancel a on demand purchase that has been delivered if there is no fault with the goods. This is because each garment is specially designed for your order.

If returning stock items to the warehouse, the customer will pay for shipping.

In case of complaints, please contact nordea@idegroup.no. Please explain the problem as clearly as you can and if you can, please provide us with photos of the products regarding the complaint as well.
